Juniper B., President

Juniper is in 9th grade and loves dogs. She loves spending time with her pug, Nilla. When Juniper realized nearly 700,000 dogs get euthanized every year, she wanted to do something about it.

Thus, she started a nonprofit to spread the word about rescuing dogs from shelters. She is also raising money to help cover adoption fees for those who want to rescue a dog, but can't afford it.

Audrey T., Vice President

Audrey is in 9th grade and enjoys spending time with her dog, Cooper. In 2019, she rescued Cooper from a shelter.

Her love for dogs and the realization of how many dogs are euthanized each year, got her to volunteer for Canine Community. Now she wants to help you rescue a dog from a shelter too.

Maya Y., Secretary

Maya is in 9th grade and has always loved dogs, their friendly character and wagging tails always makes her smile. After seeing many commercials on television to adopt dogs without homes she began wondering if people did adopt them. Thus, she decided to volunteer at Canine Community to help raise money for the people who want to adopt dogs and help bring awareness about the dogs in shelters.
